Refund Policies

    1. Course Fee Refund Policy

    • Once enrolled and course access is granted, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • If a student faces genuine issues (such as medical emergencies), a refund request may be reviewed at the institute’s discretion.

    2. Service Refund Policy

    • For digital marketing services, refunds are not applicable once work has started.
    • If there is a discrepancy or issue in service delivery, we will make necessary corrections to ensure client satisfaction.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    • Students or clients may cancel their enrollment or service request before the commencement.
    • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after management approval.

    4. Exceptional Cases

    • In the case of duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds may be considered upon verification.
